Mac's -kick PC when it comes to making music or any form of multimedia.

Being a PC user all my life I finally took the plunge and bought an Ibook last year. I absolutely LOVE IT! Tiger OS X is probably the coolest operating system I have ever used and being a geeky girl when I was younger I've used quite a few (linux included-2 versions..redhat and suze (sp?!) I think).
I always made fun of the Mac Switch commercials (remember the cow who saved Xmas) and it took some time to get used to it but I would never go back for personal use.
For work though I need a more powerful machine! |

| I have yet to meet a pc user who does not have an occasional crash. I have had one crash in a year of owning my mac. One. What turns people off I think is the different feel, but once you get a feel for the mac you will realize how much easier to use it is. As for as personal use, I don't really see how it is even a question, although gaming is a strong trump card. However, an even bigger trump card is being virtually immune to viruses. I think I will take eternal health over games. |
