ever since my half sister (31 now) was in college and first introduced me to ramen, i've loved the stuff
my latest thing: Awesome Ramen
ramen cooked normally, then mixed with sauteed onions and peppers, and then fried a little bit to change the texture to be a lil better
omg its so good
(parsley garnish on the side = good chef :toothless) |

KOrean staple and last time I checked, the old lady's still Korean so I get this all the time at the house. Oh yeah, ain't complaining either!

I'm eating it as I type :)
It's been my favourite dish since I was very young. Its simplicity is its best advantage, as you can prepare it in a thousand different ways, as mezzir just prooved us.
I like it the traditional way though, with seaweeds, eggs and... stuff :p |

Rah-men, but the correct pronounciation would be "dah-men", saying the "d" as in "paddy" or "lah-men". |
