I was askin about that general area. I've been down on the waterfront. Really good bars there. We normally hit up Blue Martini and Gullies, (last I heard they closed though). Have you been to Torches? Last time we past by I thought I heard them playin EDM, but it sounded like happy hardcore. They ever have any good shows there? |

The closest EDM you will find is in Poughkeepsie, which is a good 25 minutes from the burgh.
Torches is awesome. Once in a while they have a DJ there playing some EDM but its usually commercial proggy stuff.
I like the Blue Martini a lot. Two of my friends bartend there so I go quite often. Gully's closes in the winter but it should be open again soon ( if it has not opened up already). I have still yet to head there for the opening season b/c it has been cold. |
