keep thinkin of the many things that happened and it had everything!!
the amazin reception to pinky punky, my supper happy euthoric pillz, the superb dj sets, the crazy car park party, the huge spliffathon, the superb members of tranceaddict, the ridiculusly well organised venue.... n not forgettin meetin, dancin, hittin of mallet and even jokin wiv MR PICOTTO!!!:D :D :D :D :D

| lol... sam is a nutter, but he is cool with it, we met him at GC a few months ago, ever since we bin best budz :D he's been known to dance in the middle of a traffic round-a-bout in the pissing rain at 8am |

I'm now listening to Scot Project - F (Hardriff Mix) and all of a sudden I feel like crying coz I wish I was back in Birmingham again :(
I can close my eyes and see Sam in his livingroom making his fantastic moves....or picture Jeff and Nita dancing together next to the stage....or Ant, Volks, Spad, Coup and me in the car driving around town and having dinner in that Owl :) Pub...I can't believe it....I was at work this afternoon and all of a sudden I had a shiver and screamed a bit (like: WHOAAH!) and my colleage/friend said: "what's wrong" and I said "NEC flashback!" .....I miss you guys so much! I miss that wicked night! I can't go on living my life like I did before the 27th of October :) I'm convinced......I'm a Uk-TA's Addict!! :) I'm addicted to you guys :)
I wanna go BACK!!!!!!!!!!!! :( OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO lord........give me transformation power......:)
LORD! Give me more music that makes me fly back to Gatecrasher at the NEC!!!!!

Aw! But I know what you mean! I keep listening to Oakenfolds set over and over and I can place events by their position in the set:
40 mins - Standing with Prox outside the mens toilets waiting for Ant :D
46 mins - In the queue to get back into the main arena
50 mins - Beginning the mammoth task of climbing to the very top of the seating whilst beginning to feel my pillz..
53 mins - Getting comfortable on the barrier at the top
64 mins - I completly and totally BLOW UP!
Twas one of the most memorable nights ever.... so many memories; the view of the main arena from the top of the stands, Jeff & Anita dancing :D, meeting Mauro, singing along with Nadia & several thousand other people live to Rapture, confusing the out of myself trying to talk to Fray, driving round B'ham looking for Hard To Find Records (which it bloody is!), meeting Ant & Miss Prox (definetly not for the last time!!) and Coup, Volks & his Pinky Punky! and everyone else (not forgetting that cute gal who served us in the pub! :p :) :D)
Anyways don't feel sad Prox coz there'll be many more like that to come if I've got anything to do with it! So just enjoy the memories until next time..... |
