Ok, ok- I admit i watch this show, but ONLY for the tryouts, cuz that's when all the freaks come out.
Who watched tonight? They definitely saved the best for last.... PSYCHO!!! And what about that black guy who held the longest note ever. OMG....
Round 2 continues tomorrow. I can't wait! |

I can't believe people still watch this show. The tryouts can be funny, but I just don't get it.  It is the same every year....Paula will be nice, Simon will belittle them, and Randy will flip back and forth.....they need to mix it up a bit.

that girl was nuts!!!! I cant believe that girl is real. shes messed up!
Then her last little singing in the hallway before she left, woah....lol
and yeah, I just watch the tryouts because they are hilarious, other than that, nah |

I LOVE American Idol. I'm afraid to admit, too, that I took my sister to Canadian Idol when they were down to the last 4.
I'm a bit of a reality show junkie (I'm delighted that the LA entrepreneures were the "last to arrive" on the Amazing Race last night, too). Trump rules!
I will be watching American Idol again tonight.
But how can they top Mary, that totally freaky chick? I can't wait to see! And I love Simon.
Oh, and how does that rock-band singer guy have his hair flying during his band practice? Does he have a fan pointed at himself? Sooooo rock and roll. |

| I always check this show out when they have the auditions...I just laugh at some of the nutbars that claim to have great voices.I know Simon can be an but he's like %99 right...I felt really bad for the guy who forgot his lines & had to ask a friend what the next line was to the song & he STILL blanked out...I think he was SOO embarassed :( ...The guest judge ( I forget his name) was funny too:D ...The ones that made it last nite we're ok but nothing special so far so we'll have to see what happens tonite... |

Mark McGrath (Sugar Ray) was the guest judge. He was way too indecisive- always waited for the others to vote b4 making up his own mind. Bleh!!
I was really surprized they didn't let that female boxer go thru- i thought she was good. At least they didn't bash her- they gave her constructive criticism, so hopefully she'll be back next year.
That whole rock band thing looks too 'preplanned'. I thought he said he was from NY (tryouts were in DC, 4 hrs drive south), yet they were able to pop in on his band rehearsal so easily.... |
