i usually tend to dream about stuff that somehow relates to my life at the present time. but i find that i have really wacky random dreams if i eat right before i go to bed, or if i have a few drinks in me.
lately i have had these recurring dreams in which i am with a guy who i am completely and totally in love with (it's a different guy each time, but the feeling is the same). in the dream it's no one that i know. they don't even resemble anyone i know. but the dream takes place in random places and the only part of the dream of that sticks out is when i am with this guy and we have some sort of physical connection - an embrace or a kiss. afterwards i wake up feeling empty, like i am missing them.
i try to write down my dreams when i wake up, so that i can remember them. i don't always have time to do it though, so i end up forgetting a lot of them. |

I thought it was if you eat cheese? Hehe, but anyway I find this is true too. Definately the alcohol induced dreams.

This is a good idea, I should do it more often. I had a few of the more extreme written down from last year and a couple of the recent ones, but they are somewhere hidden among my e-mails.
You should share a few of the wacky ones. I like how vague dreams can be. ;) |

hmmm, the cheese theory is interesting. i did eat a cheeseburger last night, and proceeded to have some wacked out dreams.
i'll test the theory again tonight after i eat some pizza. :p

heh, alright. last night (after eating a cheeseburger and drinking 2 cans of Pabst), i had this dream that there was a tsunami coming towards Wisconsin and all the people were trying to figure out what to do. so we took these really huge Green Bay Packers flags (with a pole and everything), and supported all the houses with them. it doesn't make any logical sense in reality, but for whatever reason, in the dream it was totally gonna work if we leaned the flag pole underneath the gutter as if it was "supporting" the house. so i remember thinking that we saved the state because there were so many Green Bay Packers flags all over.
when my bf woke me up this morning i told him about that dream, and he started laughing and saying "a tsunami in Wisconsin?! from where, Lake Michigan??!!!!"
so i'm not even gonna try and begin to understand what that dream means. :wtf: |

| If you eat anything too close to bedtime your body can't digest it, and this can cause crazy dreams. The patch caused the craziest dreams, tho. Really vivid. :D |

I was just wondering if other people dream as excessively as I do. I wake nearly every morning having had many dreams during the night. I do not always remember the dreams, but I always remember that I did dream and usually they are fast paced, flying, floating, racing and competitive sports dreams. I don’t know if this contributes to my being tired in the mornings, but I am terrible waking up in the mornings.

But of course, I love dreams. I remember them really well - especially if i write about them when I have time when i wake up!
But that's not always the case! I wish I had more time in my life - and went tobed earlier - I look forward to my dreams - as I do for my SLEEPS!
I can't think of any dreams at this time - I am at work- dreamin of goin' out togniht an dboogin' on tha_dancefloor!!!
woot woot!
EVERY1 - KEEP DREAMIN'!

I had a pretty vivid dream about 3 nights ago, still remember some of it now...
I was on a beach somewere with the sea infront of me and a big mountain behind me, and all of a sudden a massive wave of water would come at me from towards the sea, so i turned round to run up the mountain and then another great big massive wall of water would come from over the mountain. was really vivid in my dream, could see the water shimmering in the sun:eyespop: so i was clingin onto this mountain side expecting this water to come crashin down on me, but it neva hit me:conf: everytime i looked at it, it jus got closer and closer but neva actually made contact...then i woke up :)
was kinda cool |

Is everyone dreaming about Tsunamis? I had one last week too, but of course it makes sense after what happened in Asia.

You sound exactly like my girlfriend. Not the beating part, but she was telling me a dream she had last time I saw her and the way she reacted she wouldn't speak to me for ages as if it were true.
The dream was me and her out with a group of friends and I went off with some Japanese Geisha's leaving her with my friends. |
