Mighty is a great small place.
Palash also plays at Ruby Skye, I believe.

All the places open at 9pm or 10pm
Headliners won't come on until between midnight and 2. It's honesty very hard to say as it's pretty random. I've only been to Mighty once and it lasted until 4.
G&D come on when the club opens at 10pm, though.
