| most of them are supposed to be PvD edits/remixes. so (like on TPOD1), no remix credits yet. |

i highly doubt that every track is the original mix. |
It isn't of course. But the tracklisting of TPODI also just named the Artist and the title, not the remix.
Should be about licensing stuff. |

hrm I always thought that paul edited every track on tpod 1 in some way. And im sure he did the same with tpod 2. A lot of time he will cut out a breakdown.
Sasha didn't put (sasha rework) after ever involver track/fundacion, same deal. It just says every track edited by... somewhere on the cd/in the booklet. |

in my perspective cd1 looks very good a lot of new materia and stuff he has not played recently. cd2 is more a carbon copy of his recent sets and although some tracks look good we already know how everything sounds.
the biggest dissapointment is the fact that there is so much missing from what he said he was going to include, where the hell is that banging remix of say hello? its supposed to be in here, also i remember him saying in some interview that there was a special track he was producing for this cd called "politics" if i am not mistaken, there was also supposed to be a remix of a track from the second album so dont know what happened to that either.
he should onyl release cd1, cd2 is too familiar to all the public. |

most definitely not all original mixes... we already know what remixes they are... let's see how remixed these remixes are in the end. |

| for example T4l - Perfect Blend (which Paul used to play) is far better than a lot of tracks on this compilation |

I would see that differently. I mean The Love From Above was announced to be somehow a party where Paul wanted to presend his Remix-work for TPOD2, as he does around the world these day.
Funny is, that I thought when I had been there, that he didn't play what will be on TPOD2 because it was somehow a week or average or call it as you like set with the tracks he played during the last 6-8 months, which everybody knows who follows what he's doing.
Now, as the tracklist is out, it is obvious that he really did what he was supposed to do, and just us damn idiots thought that he would do differently, because we were guessing for almost 1 year what would be an that mix-cd. And know you can probably say, that every track we thought not to be on there, because he played them that often (like CJ Stone or Someday), is on it, and every track, which could or should be on ít - like Say Hello e.g., is not.
(EDIT: And just by the way, because some guys here will claim that the one or the other track which is not on it is better than the other which is: wait until you listened to that cd. It can get very beautiful as a whole.
Just that one knowes most of the tracks is no reason that it will be bad. Remember all that great Mix-CDs you made by yourself and like to listen to many years after that.
And if you remember TPOD1, most of his edits where quite different to the originals.
so: I'm still curious about it.
