glowlights are available almost anywhere. where i live they are available at the most innocuous of shops - ie ones that obviously cater to stoners and growers (hydroponic or not)...
but then again i think that even the most rural of areas will have a store that is willing to get indoor plant lights (which is really all they are)
then again the house im renting came with an unused fluor bulb in the basement so perhaps im used to a bit much| |
