well lets see - there are many many varieties and forms of music. electronica is not the end all be all. Let's face it: EDM also borrows from all genres - look at how remixes are an industry. I truly
love electronic music but I have to say my ears are open to it all. |

I love good rock too. Hate country, tho.

I most definately prefer EDM.
It's not that I hate all other music, nor do I shut the others completely outta my life (that wud be hard 4 ne1 to do)....it's that I've always been more partial to dance music (especially from Europe).
And I never really been into the mushy love songs (except some old classic ballads from the 70's, 80's and 90's)
Hey I even remember the 1st rave in '88 and the main artist not even popular then was "New Order"
BTW...re hip hop or rap....todays stuff sounds more like hip pop and crap....so I'd say I definately don't listen to it. Someone would have to play something stupendous for me to openly accept it again. |

| You shouldn't limit yourself to just one genre. That's the quickest way to get sick of it real fast. I like jazz, classical and soft rock whenever I'm not in the mood for EDM. |

| No, i just like it best. But i enjoy the same type of music Ben listed. I'm not always in the mood for EDM, sometimes i need to take a break (not very long ones though). |
