My mother has gotten a lot more interested in how I produce EDM. Not that Im good at it, but she still is interested in the intracacies, and the hardware/software interchange, which i do my best to describe to her with my feeble knowledge.

Nice to have a parent interested in what you do

Yeah, I just read JonSun's idiotic post. That's so far in left field there's no truth or reality in it all. I post real life. I've got kids in and out of school, police at the house, and the whole nine yards. I don't post to make my life look any better than what it really is. And I f*cking bump!

Kyau vs Albert - Falling Anywhere (ASOT RIP)

I wouldn't normally post a RIP, but this is better than the release.

Ofcorse. I'd be in jail. Sometimes some peeps fall for that & PM me "I just read your post, OMG thats crazy". Then I reply "I was kidding fool".

My dad once described Ultrasonic - 1,2,3,4 as sounding "like a wasp dying on a window sill" way back in the day. Looking back, it's actually pretty hard to disagree with him on that. :(

He's also described a tech-house set I was listening to as "the kind of music people listen to in aquariums" and any time I've had music going at the same time as another appliance (vacuum cleaner, washing machine etc.) he always says, when the appliance stops, "oh, I thought that was just part of the music". My mum's favourite line is "I think your record's stuck" whenever a particularly repetitive part of a track comes on. It was mildly humourous the first couple of times I heard it, then it just became predictable and annoying very quickly.

My dad used to listen to Jean Michel Jarre back in the day, he enjoys SOME trance/techno while working. My mom loves lounge and relaxed house. In the car shes got burned copy of Sasha's Involver. I bought the original, so no, i dont pirate, but she loves the CD :)
