Boa-Redux dj booth move!!

| If theres been one knock on the club since its opened, its been the complaints (of a few dj's and regulars) about the dj booth. It's been rumoured since NYE, but the cats out the bag now. The major renovation is due to be complete by March. It will be located in the middle of the club, right in between the two raised lounge areas. I know many of the TA massive (including myself), are looking forward to this renovation! |

very good idea. I knew it was gonna happen soon, those raised chill areas look a little out of place if the DJ booth isn't inbetween.
What's the story with the old booth? Is it gonna be turned into more floorspace? |

Havent really asked about that yet. Im guessing its just going to be either some kind of storage room or along those lines. If you've ever been in there, its not the biggest of rooms and for them to knock the walls out and extend over the stairs would be too much cost for too little space. |

| they're gonna relocate it into the middle of the room? hell, might as well make it a rotating booth as well (a-la-koolhaus-setup a few years ago). that would kick some serious ass... ;) |

the big question is, what happens to 'the spot' after the move?
I mean, sure, there'll still be a draft, and the fan, but the view of the booth is gone, and since it's closer to the front, it'll probably be crowded. |

The spot will be no longer, as its location will have no purpose anymore!! A new 'spot' will have to be claimed, lets wait and see how everything turns out ;)
