no ing way! my FIRST time @ the Cardinal @ fetish night, some guy asked me the same ing thing in the bathroom! i was like "no thanks" and he was like "well everybody has their fetishes".
it must have been the same dude, and he is a serial urine drinker...

oh yeah, and i'm with tyler....i didn't mean that i was some hotshot DJ that "spins for free" when i'm feeling generous.... |

yea man, i try to steer clear on fetish nite. saturday nights is the time to go. tho fetish nite has a higher potential for boobies :D |

With my experience in filing paperwork with different offices here at Purdue for previous events, off the top of my head I remember the event has to end by about 11pm. We had the music blasting on some PA's echoing around the campus in the past, which of course brings the cops at first but then you show them the paperwork that gives you permission to be there and they leave us alone. The event would be free, just a fun gathering with good music, and in fact we're not allowed to pay the DJs anyways, which works out OK.

I'm in, just give me the when and where, and barring any finals/major issues I will be there.
If there is an 11PM policy, we should definitely try for some kind of after hours party, or at least a post 11PM shindig...
So like I said, let me know where we're gettin down, and I'll be there :).
Edit: it would be great to talk/meet any of you considering this at G&D next weekend...
Edit #2: I think I should get this out of the way right away as well; 90% of what I'm spinning now is on CD, so if anyone is a little anti-CDJ and a CDJ is not welcome, I figured I'd like to know before the 6 and a half hour drive ;) .

i know dude! my friend has actually indulged him on a couple of occasions--once he paid my friend $20. then the next time he asked to watch my friend urinate in a cup. that's where he drew the line.

I'll be at G&D, so maybe I'll see you there.
I would also need CD decks too. I have enough vinyl, but I buy anything I can find on CD, Beatport or Above the Sky since they're cheaper and then buy vinyl of what I can't find there, so I can get more tracks for the money. |
