April 9th sounds OK, but that will come up quicker than a lot of people think... I would suggest waiting a week or two, but I'm definitely up for whatever works for most people...
As far as a cover goes, I think 5 bucks is pretty fair for a cover... And 100 people definitely sounds feasible at this point.
One question, what time do we have to wrap things up? Because boy let me tell you I could spin all day for something like this!
Doing my best to pull things together with the Phreekster and Co.

| The guy said that we can run until 2am if we want. I can't do April 16th since thats PVD at the riv. Either the 9th or the 23rd would be best. Going into May we would have to worry about finals and I don't really want to screw with that. |

April 23rd gets a thumbs up from me... but dude, I can do the 9th if it works for more folks... And Ferry is in MN on the 20th so that could get expensive/tiring...
9th or 26th, what do kids think? |

For those who are concerned about equipment, here is what we have at our disposal.
2 pair of Tech 12s
pair of Numark Axis 9s
pair of CDN-88s
various mixers
Denon DN-S1000
4 microphones
12 15-in cabinets
4 subwoofers in various configurations
8 intelligent lights
8 par lights
3 projection lasers
1 arial display laser
high power wide are blacklight
2 light stands
1 lighting truss system
all necessary amps and cables to make it all work
I'm no expert, but....I think we're cool in that respect. :p |

Haha a nice inclusive list of what would seem like all of us students at Purdue's precious live performance equipment.
I'm for doing it on the 23rd.
Definately not the 16th... PvD would miss us all haha |

The 23rd is no good for me. I have another gig that day @ Party In The Park. A big outdoor event put on by the student radio station that day.
The 9th would be fine for me, or the 30th would work too. Our finals don't start till May 8th, so it wouldn't be a problem for me. |

as for me, either date sounds good but i would rather it be the 23rd/30th... april 9th is going to come up pretty fast and the longer there is to plan and promote the better off it will be :D
oh yah, and to kenneth... woohooooo a set from you would be an awesome way to end the night :)
