Apocalypse Now is on tv at the moment (Sky movies for those in the uk)
Not seen all of it before, just wondering what do you think is the best Vietnam war film?
I'd probably say "We were soldiers" with mel gibson. Great film. |

my step dad who is a vet says Platoon is the most realistic....well he probably meant it was similar to his experience.
also full metla jacket is just classic. |

Full metal jacket is quite good...not my fave though...
Tigerland is a good film...eventhough its just training for the nam war its still good. |
