it depends on whether you're gonna be drinking or not...
also you might get drowsy.......
but other than that i see no problem...

Codeine is such a boring opiate to begin with - I don't see any harm, nor any benifit from taking this.

To be honest - I would be more concerned with the adverse effects of the Acetaminophen.

As a nursing student I can tell you it's not that big of a deal. Just make sure you're with friends all the time. And yes, alcohol is a bad idea. Codeine shuts parts of the nervous system down enough as it is. Throw alcohol in the mix and you're asking for trouble.

I avoid acetaminophen and substitute it with acetylsalic acid (ASA or Aspirin) where ever possible. Easier on the system.

T3s (and 222s) are available with ASA. These also contain caffeine to counteract the drowsiness effect codeine can have on some people.

Why does that make me think of Homer Simpson chugging the bottle of pep pills right after a bottle of sleeping pills... you're in for a nice little roller coaster ride! :wtf:

I liked the sequence when Homer ate some of Bart's ADD pills. I've felt like that sometimes ;)

T3s are chillin.. but theres no way i could go out and enjoy myself on them.. drains my energy.. T3s are good for blockbuster nights.. so I say no. dont take them if you're going out.

methylenedioxymethamphetamine is the funk if you wanna party.

Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (or NSAIDs), including Advil, are hard on the stomach, especially if one hasn't eaten or one is consuming alcohol.

Due to complications with another illness, I suffered very painful duodenal ulcerations when on a prescription NSAID a few years ago. I've cleaned my diet up a lot since then, though. No caffeine going on 3 years now!
