He's out for the rest of the season with another knee injury.
He has said he'll be back to play again tho. | His injuries held him back so much. |

that and he kept getting fat. | This is true.. reminds me of the movie lock stock and two smoking barrels
"You are not funny Tom. You are fat and loook as though you should be but you are not."
i wonder if he just ate so much or what? i mean he would still score goals when he was fat... so he wasnt really fat. But it also did not look like muscle. |

it's probably what led to his knee injury - weak muscles around the knee joint |

say what you will, but even at his worst Ronaldo was a force on the pitch. one can't help but wonder what it would've been like without the knee-ligament injuries that plagued him throughout his career.
of course the same can be said of Van Basten and many others. |

| Latest rumour going around is Ruud van Nistelrooy could be coming to Milan. Personally, I wouldn't mind him but I don't think he would be the first priority of strikers we need. Thoughts? |

As much as I love watching van Nistelrooy play and I think he would be a good addition to Milan, Berlusconi should be going for younger players. |

Hes another 30+ player, but one that still seems to cut it anywhere he goes. this is what belursconi had to say in an interview which is quite interesting.
| quote: | "Another very important player is on the way. He is a powerful centre-forward who I shall not name.
"We are ready to sign two world class players for next season and there will be world class players in defence, too." |
Van nistelrooy doesn't fit that description of powerful, so i wonder who it is. Also encouraging to see that he has recognised the defensive frailties. |

| i would say V. Nistelrooij fits the "powerful" agenda. i remember from his days back in Man U they used him exclusively as a holding forward. he's pretty tall (1.9 meters) and pushing 190 lbs. I'd say that's a power foward. |

| Happy about the 5-1 thrashing over Reggina on the weekend, Kaka scoring a hat-trick and Pato back in business makes any Milan fan happy. Still far away from 4th place which is looking almost impossible but can be achieved. |
