I believe the promotional releases were legal, but when people started ripping the records and freely distributing them that's when Robert & Jaron had a problem, and because of that the promo runs will end for everyone. |

that's what i was thinking as well (i was one of the five ppl) -- but brisky made it seem like he knew who the culprit was...

brisky ran a competion for a new promo record:

someone won and leaked the record to a release group they were affiliated with [tsp] where, in turn, the record found its way onto p2p networks
the producers of the record, along with brisky and chemical, rightfully got pissed and now there will be no more promo competitions from chemical on TA... |

| Well, I guess that sucks, but it don't suck that bad. We'll just have to wait for the releases now. Besides, only five people got a chance to hear it anyway before they done ripped the tracks onto MP3s anyway. |

it was just a cool thing brisky did...and he'd been doing it for a long time...just sucks it has to be spoiled by some stupid mp3 rippers |
