Again I have to say your government wants you to think Iran is very corrupted and evil and and the terrorists are running the country. Iran has problems I know but I also know that it is not as corrupt as you may think it is,I have many relatives there and are living their daily lives just fine.Iran doesnt have a perfect governemnt but then again I doubt that there is such a government anywhere in the world.
Also when was the last time Iran invaded a country or attacked any of it is neighbors?never
Therefore they are no threat to the region and as far as I know they dont have plans to nuke the U.S soil.
If you have any information on Iran wanting to attack the U.S. DIRECTLY I'd love to know.
Lets not forget who is threatening who here with military action Iran has the right do defend its soil like any country would with any means necessary.
you said Iran supports terrorism,are they training Al Quada?did they have anything to do with 911?if you are against terrorism then you shouldnt be supporting state terrorism (AKA American state terrorism) either.
Is Iran helping the Palestinian people to defend themselves against Isreali occupation?yes but it is nothing compare to how much the U.S. supports Isreal in both military and financially.
So it is a fair game. I dont support Hezbollah but to many people in that region they are the only hopes that they have.You and many may not understand that however,since you only hear about how they attack Isreal all the time and dont hear about how much they helped to rebulid Lebenon.
Iran has no issues with its neighbors except Isreal and thats the real raeson Bush wants to take away Irans rights to have nukes.It is all about U.S. interest here and nothing else,Bush doesnt give a about anyones freedom and doesnt give two s about libirating anyone.Who is he to come and define freedom to the whole world in the first place? freedom has different meanings to everybody,but to come and inforce your idea of freedom to the whole world is simply insane and redicolous.
Iam glad there are countries standing up against Bush's insanity. :) |

| I go with the "for us or against us" thought, but nobody can really define the "against us" part. We are currently slaughtering Al-Queada by the hundreds in Iraq, but know there are more asylums elsewhere. You should be ashamed of yourself. Its common knowledge that enlisting in the military is signing a ticket to be indoctrinated. Now if someone said, like some of my friends have told me, yeah I know they push their bull and propaganda on me and we start to believe it after awhile but hey it pays the bills and I didn't have any other choices. Then thats OK, but to blindly follow and spread the bull is a disgrace.
How is this for a sense of military "morality". They can't be openly gay because its immoral but when you get down to brass tacks they're all hired killers. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black eh? |

Iran is all ed up. Seriously. Its a in 3rd world country for s sake!! It can't even compare to the west.
The USA has the best goverment and economy compared to any in 3rd world country. Its not ideal but its better than that other .

Common knowledge? Lucky for you opinions are like s. All you have done is to show how little you actually know about the U.S. Military. Sure, it's easy to sit back in your La-Z-Boy and criticize; but when push comes to shove I bet you'd lock youself in your bedroom, crying for your mommy before you'd ever put your life on the line for something as important as the very freedoms you're enjoying right now. It is dispicable that you sit back and throw insults at the very people who provide you the freedom to be an ignorant in the first place. |

nations that arent built through liberal democracy should never have access to nuclear weapons (not that i think anyone should). and as much as we all like to bag america out for whatever reason, you cannot possibly tell me that adding countries to the list of those with nuclear weapons is a good thing. whether it be more nukes on the "market" for whomever has the cash, or states using them against other states, the more people in the possession of nukes just ever increases the chances of even further proliferation.
we might not want america, of all states, to have the bomb. but they do. and its not going to go away while other states do as well. but increasing the number of countries with the bomb will never be an answer for anything |
