Personally I have enjoyed visiting Europe many times and look forward to doing so again. But I am grateful for this country and would not want to live anywhere else. I would imagine most Europeans feel the same way concerning their own homelands. I know my European relatives do. But you don't see Americans flaming the Swiss, Dutch or any other European countries for that matter. My observation it's the Europeans doing most of the flaming. We in the United States are ambivalent to Europe's somewhat negative opinions of us. Much of it comes across as trite.
The cliche use to be "The ugly American." I now recognize a new species titled "The ugly European." Your knee jerk pollution has tainted many threads I have read and participated in.
Can't we all just get along? Time to knock off the racist bull. We are no different that you. |

Well there you have it. Try to build up a large country as fast as possible while doing as little as possible because you're a lazy dumbass who has to get a black man to work for him. You give weapons to everyone on your side, even Saddam and Osama, thinking you're safe (and we all know how that turned out). You pass senseless laws to make your country's economy as good as possible, while your people suffer. Yeah, just sell sell sell. Why? It gets you money.
What do you end up with?
One idiot president and a couple of million doped up kids who only got through college because the US education system sucks ass (or rather, designed for morons, people need to have jobs so they can pay taxes so the country'll be rich, no?), bitching at you for not respecting them.

This coming from a guy whose country was neutral during World War II.
Actually that's not true, Nazi solders were transported through Sweden on Swedish trains up through 1943. Plus that wonderful iron ore trade Sweden had with Germany.
My mistake. I went to a US college. I must have been eating during that lecture.
