| I've never seen Johan or Sven, and would be interested in checking him out. However, I wonder if he's a good dj, or just a good producer. I own a lot of Svenson and Gielen remixes and like them a lot, but they do have a tendency to stick with the same formula. I wonder if he's the same way as a dj or not. Some of you might be able to give me some insight as I've never even heard a live set of his. I wish Rank 1 was producing more track and got booked for a PA, as their video from Trance Energy a few years back is insane. True performance and entertainment. ;) |

Rank 1...I SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO wish they'd come to Florida. :sadgreen:
I am very grateful to have been able to seen them do their live act on their home ground though.
It's just....INSANITY. So epic, so pure. Trance at its most amazing level...I'll put this up...maybe we can get a petition together to send to them, for someone to book this AMAZING live act/DJ act for the U.S.A. It's a video of Rank 1 performing Airwave at TRANCE ENERGY from this past February.

See, I like hard trance to an extent, but when it becomes like a DJ Jean set, or an Acosta set, it starts to suck after a while, IMO. I hope he's not along their lines of cheesy, monotonous hard trance. |
