Post your favorite Remixer, and tell us why (Include release examples)
For me, [one of]my favorite Remixer is G&D, They always seem to do an excellent Job adding more energy to songs, but still keeping most of the original content. They are always willing to innovate their sound.
Examples:

No one does good remixes any more...
If you meant good remix by totally changing the original track, and making it their own.
Id say some of the best are...
The Orb - Once More (Bedrock remix)
Eric Clapton - Get Lost (Morales Stereo Dub)
Vengaboys - Kiss (airscape remix)
But artists i can not really list... Ive liked a bunch of Max Graham stuff recently, but i swear they are all the same track.:D |

As a remixer who still are around doing stuff i'd say Nick Warren & Jody Wisternoff aka Way Out West. They can vary alot in their remixes from breaks to wicked acid to chillout to house to prog and everything in between and combined. All'n'all their remixes are the most consistent compared to most of my other favs, Oliver Lieb being pretty equal with them tho.

Above and Beyond. nuff sed :p . the way they make the effort to try and make every remix sound different, not just the typical dj's own sound as u get with a lot of other dj's.

That's a mislabel. The correct title is just "Jan Johnston - Flesh (DJ Tiësto Remix)", although it was released on the Perfecto label. |
