watch out if you do have mono, b/c taking antibiotics for strep if you have mono can really be harmful. |

Sorry I have never heard of "harmful" complications. I know that people who have "mono" who are given ampicillin or amoxicillin are at a higher risk for getting a rash. |

| believe it or not lemon lime gatorade actually helps. It tends to sooth my throat pretty well. But other than that I tend to just ride it out :( |

a rash kind of sucks....didnt know exactly what it was but thanks for clearing that one up. either way a rash sucks. |

Might just be pain from the sore throat. My jaw all the way up to my left ear was in pain and every time I take the amox or ny/dayquil the pain goes away. |
