Dont worry, all these people are trying to scare you.
Yes it is completely safe, she wont get pregnant. When a girl has her period what comes out is exactly what is supposed to hold the fetus. So since she's at the end of her period there's nothing to hold it in place.
And anyways, the chances that a girl would ovulate at that moment in her period is almost 0. |

Heres another one who didnt pay attention during sex ed :p
A woman can maufacture uteral lining if she has to, despite the last time she shed it. If her ovaries pop an ovum or two out and the sperm makes its way there, its all over. Or, its just started/....however you want to look at it. |

Well she dosent manufacture much during her menstruation since the point is to release it and it cant just build up enough in 5 seconds.
Anyways, no girl ovulates during that period. And if the 0.000000000000000000001 % chance happens, well she's probably very young and irregular. |
