| Whats better, and for what reasons? Since Hotmail upgraded the amount of space you can have in your inbox, is G-mail still worth having? I have both, but only have used hotmail for the most part. |

That seems to be the reason why ive stuck with Hotmail for as long as i have. I guess its just cause of the hassle of switching all your contacts over to a new email account. Can you use a g-mail account with MSN Messenger?!! |

gmail all the way!
1) when you start typing in somebody's name or addy...it brings up a list for you to choose from. awsome, and quick
2) the reply feature is great. when you reply to somebody(or somebody replies to you) the corresponding emails are saved together, in a conversation, like you are chatting.
so rather than hunting through emails, you just look down, and there is the next email on the subject.
its really really slick and easy to use.
gmail for ever!!! |

I just like the non-bulky interface of gmail. The labels and 1 gig of space should prove useful eventually, since I never organize my inbox (who does?).
But moving my personal emailing over to a new address will always be a "phase in" process - its never cut-and-clear. My friends still send mass emails through thier MSN messenger contacts (where I use a Hotmail address), for example. |
