Tiesto ISOS 4 Release in US 10th May 2005 (pg. 3)

i dont understand how you can listen to 1 and 2 and compare those to 3 and still think 3 is the best of them.

3's 10 minute inclusion of the then caned southern sun was pretty average imo. It also suffered from the tracks being reasonably stale by the time it was released, much like the supposed track listing of 4.

i mean, ISOS 3 is one of my favourite ever cd's..

possible he should've stopped there???

well dude, it seems whenever anyone starts making progress on things he immediately gets shot down. You can't change things and the only thing you can do is move along with the times. I believe this compilation will be good if you listen to it with an open mind and without expecting anything from it - i.e don't expect to be the same as ISOS 3; obviously.

I believe Tiesto's following is as strong as it's ever been despite what 100+ forum members may believe. Def. having fingers in all pies helps his cause as does being a Trance DJ that bridges ALL styles in his sets.

pana - do you think tiesto's really progressing? :thepirate i think the man has been in regression since 2002 actually.

i well and truely think he is regressing

no doubting he is a gem and a superstar.

but seriously

Dutch Dimension 2002..

that was one of the premier live sets EVER..

and now..

well, it just lacks a certain something in comparison.. (imo)

Accessive Rhythmn - Activate

is a true classics.. dont seem him playing it now more :(

well his progress in the 'industry' is all a matter of personal opinion. Probably better left for those Friday night drinking sessions ;)

I was referring to his progress on the cd. I believe this CD will be pretty cool and should showcase some new stuff we probably haven't heard yet (saying that with an open mind of course) and I look forward to hearing it.

haha Tiesto lost his momentum after 2002. How could his 2002 Dutch Dimension set compare to his 1999 performance in Innercity.

He was a god in 99'
Pendulum
LIVE @ ENERGY 2000

period.

i guess we'll have to wait until we hear it hey

i totally agree with u, i dont think he is progressing, and lets not all judge tiesto on him being the world number 1, according to dj mag where any tom dick and harry can vote

as a friend said to me earlier
tiesto is no longer a dj, he is more of a product now
DaveBegic
yeah i agree.. i mean its not like i totally disrespect the man or anything, hes the reason why i fell in love with trance in the first place.. i'm just saying he dropped off.. like many do, but that's fine, its time for him to make way for the new wave of trance artists imo.

same here, he is the reason behind me loving trance, his set at dance valley 2001 just blew my head off, and also two tribes 2002 that was just wicked

Electric Pulse - White Noise

might also be on this compilation.
