don't take it in the first place, its not even worth it...you can party/have fun all nite without a comedown if you dont roll...and you'll actually remember it...

if you're going to take substances at least take acid or some kind of psychedelic that provides some kind of meaningful/learning experience

ecstasy = garbage imo...

yeah...i think people remember nights when on pills more so than alcohol!

peach, I also take meds for anxiety... i take zoloft and I've found that zoloft actually decreases my roll (serotonin inhibitors)... I just dont take it when i roll


and after the roll some 5-htp morning, afternoon and night... and then back to the zoloft ;)

thanks for the info ambs! :D where do you get this 5-htp stuff? herbal supplement section of a drugstore?

yep, cvs or whereever will sell it


although im bringin a bottle of like 50, so if you don't have time to get any, i suppossssssssssse i could let you bum some of mine :p ;)

got plenty of magnesium, vitamin c, and multi-vitamins too, so hopefully my travelling little pharmacy will keep us in good shape :toocool:

soo....i have read different things...what is the best dosage for that 5HTP stuff? i got some too...for uh, energy...

Yea, i've never even heard of this until reading this.. But it looks good. Any recommendations for a 'first time user' :tongue2 of the 5htp that is...

i usually get my supply of 5-htp from GNC. They have the better brands there put its a bit more pricey.

You can get 5-HTP at any vitamin/nutrition store. Hey, I've even bought it at Walgreens up here in Chicago. I've been taking 50 mg 2 times a day for the last few days. From what I've learned in the past is to take 100 mg before you go out with about 500 mg of magnesium and vitamin c. The morning after take the vitamin c, HTP and multivitamins. It seems to help me at least.
