Can you actually name some faults? I agree he does hold on to some tracks way to long, but that never has been a problem when I have seen him live. He also seems to have some Vocal production addiction atm, that is starting to annoy me, but I guess its a phase he is going through...
His sets still feel great when I listen to them, especially when he pulls some insane mix out of nowhere. And for me thats all that matters.

I totally agree..music has changed and so must the DJs. I love his mixing style and his energy. I am also more a fan of his harder stuff. However, the only criticsm I have of him is for playing the same tracks too much. again this is my opinion so please dont take this so seriously..this argument has lasted long enough. all i was doing is stating my opinion. |

Because sitting in a chair in a dark room listening to an MP3 file through your PC speakers doesn't give you the slightest idea of how good a DJ is or how good that set was. |

This is a load of bull . He plays for the people who have made the effort to travel to come and see him, and have paid to get in. Not some mp3 gimp sat at home raving in his bedroom. It is of no fault of his own that the people on the internet download sets of his. |

no need to get offensive... sounds like I insulted ur mother. and no I am not an mp3 gimp who raves in my bedroom. I do download live sets and but I have also seen PvD live both in the US and europe on many occassions. Do you only listen to him live? ... I dont think so. |

Why cant you get a feel for how good a live set was through mp3? I do it all the time. Just put on the headphones, close my eyes, and imagine...
