I was listening to this song once again today, both the bombastic 12 inch mix and the original extended version and i think this has been one of the most overlooked trance tunes of this year. It was only mentioned a little here and there when it came out, and it seems to have been forgotten by nearly everyone.
I wouls just like to recommend this song to anyone who does not have it, and for those of you that do, listen to it some more. It is truly a Masterpiece of Trance! :) |

i agree with you totally. for me this IS the trance tune of the year. very classy. i can't understand why this track didn't get as much attention as some other tracks (rapture, souvenir de chine, the legacy etc...) |

but i also heard many ppl. diss it and call it "cheap" trance....

| Yay, good to see i'm not the only one that appreciates top quality trance! :stongue: The piano riff in this song was in some other trance tune that released in 2000, can anyone remember the name? I think it was on CD 1 of the Trance Nation mixed by Ayla and Azzido Da Bass from memory. |

This track really is a true masterpiece and EXTREMELY good but I don't think that is my favourite tune for this year. I think I will go through my top 20 tunes for this year very soon and decide which track I liked best this year.
By the way: Is "Beam & Yanou - The Free Fall (The Opus)" from 2001 or from the end of 2000? Because if it were from this year it would be most likely my fave tune :) |
