right this is so hard i think we're all going to help each other, my findings are:
click the hatct, it opens, click the arrow and the first dude comes out. fire the cannon straight which lowers the bridge. click the window on the hut to open it, then click the arrow above it to turn it facing right. click the arrow near the bell, then fire the cannon at the bell, it rings and the bottom left door opens. if u release that guy he'll go and kill himself on the mine. if u fire the cannon again straight, it'll kill the guy underground. after that im clueless.
on previous attempts ive had the guy underground open the door, only to be attacked by a dog with a saw, but i cant even get that to happen again. |

when you run out of bombs in the cannon, if u keep pulling the level the staircase will raise and load the man into the cannon.. you can then release another man to launch the man in the cannon across the pit ..

which only results in either sending the guy to stand where the bell was, or sending him into the bridge which breaks it.
Inside the cannon, u have 5 items. the first 2 are white, which are stones. the second 2 are green, which are grenades. the 5th, is a key, which, if u send to the bloke underground, he opens the door. but if u get him to move any further, he gets attacked by a dog. |

the dog or watever that thing is explodes after killing the dood underground when he falls over
u can avoid the bombs from destroying anythign by clicking the bridge at teh right time after releaseing the grenade type things so that it jumps up and explodes in the air
however...i think we need those 2 bombs to ignite teh torches...dunno |
