Hang on a sec.
My parents have a restaurant in Hamilton (Paradise) which has one of the best pizza's around. Its been featured in a tonne of media / publications over the years. Its been open for 35 years which means its gotta be good. We're italian too so we know what we are doing. |

The Big Slice @ Yonge/College (near Ryerson)
It's not exceptionally good quality, but the slice of pizza is HUGE! |
I love that place. I start salivating every time I drive by. :haha:
I also like 'pizza by the slice' at don mills & york mills. Think they have a few locations. Amato pizza is also good even though it's a chain. |

Who said I was disagreeing with you? :)
But you're right about the locale... I think it's the source of the ingredients that make or break the pizza. It's the same thing with the patisseries in France; no one can replicate it elsewhere. |

Oh sorry i thought you were beeing ironic (Beeing italian doesnt help you kinda) :)
you might be right about the ingridients, but i also think that all or most imported dishes seems to be canadianized or swedenized or ized for whatever country they get to :p which is bad imo, cause usually the original version is the best! |
