Don't worry, my government is surely in the process of creating a new monster to replace him. We just have to make sure this next one is fully armed before we unveil him.
I'm curious to know what Turkmenbashi's been up to? However, he's sympathetic and fully cooperative in regards to our oil agenda, so I seriously doubt that he'll be next. |

| We seem to have this history of installing leaders and then later down the road going "oh " when we realized we all we did was trade one dictator for another, or finance the slaughter of hundreds of thousands of people. Even if Iraq did have any WMDs, WE PAID FOR THEM!!! |
