This show only lasted 2 seasons, but it was very interesting, and trippy as hell. Laura Palmer became TV's most famous corpse...heh. The feature film wasn't as good as the show, but still, at least the storyline was followed closely. I plan on buying the DVDs for Twin Peaks soon. When this show used to be on network TV (ABC) I used to watch it every single week from early on in the 2nd season, then caught the first Season in reruns on Bravo.
Anyone else remember and/or like this show? |

Thx dude. Yeah, I really enjoyed watching it. The series finale freaked me out but I still loved it. That singer (forgot his name) singing "In the Trees" in the Black Lodge was freaky. Although it was old style music, I liked it.
My other favorite episode was when you FINALLY find out who killed Laura Palmer...cuz the bastard went on to kill her cousin Maddie. :sadgreen: :whip: |

...I LIKE that idea, and I don't even smoke much. I think if more people watched the show that way, they'd understand it easier. :o |

| i used to watch this show but ive forgotten most of it. i remember there was like a giant and a backwards talking midget that would help him out. and dont forget about the log lady...best character ever. who would have thought to have a lady carry a log around with her? brilliant. i have the first season on dvd (still in the wrapper because im lazy) but it doesnt have the pilot episode because of some weird legal crap. you can still get the pilot but its a seperate dvd. |

| david lynch is a genius - if u liked twin peaks i recommend you guys give Lost Highway and Mulholland Drive a go. they're two excellent films. |

i'm still bitter it got cancelled
it ended after season 2 when a third season obviously was planned. tons of unanswered questions |

maybe if the dvd sales go through the roof then they will bring it back ala family guy. |
