Hey guys,
I have an excellent job opportunity for one of you guys.
My company, Soundwerks Audio, is a Montreal-based distributor for Pro-Audio and Accessories.
Currently, we are the exclusive distributor for ECLER, ROAD READY CASES, PCDJ and GIGSKINZ...with more lines being added. It's an expanding company!
Anyway, I'm looking for a sales rep for the GTA/Ontario region.
Your job will be to visit dealers in the area, keep them up to date on new products, prices, and any company news, and of course, to sell our products. This is an excellent job for anyone in the business, as you get to play with all the latest toys, and be in touch with all the top dealers in your area. For any gearhead, this is your DREAM JOB! :D
Now, it is HARD WORK though, it is not all fun and games. You will have to travel alot, and sometimes be shot down by many customers, so be prepared...its the nature of the game.
You will need a car, thats for sure, this is not a public transit type of job. And I am looking for someone motivated, a self starter and independant. I'm also looking for someone who knows their equipment, and preferably someone who has worked in sales before, and knows a bit of the industry. It would be best if you lived in the GTA, because most customers are in this area, and it will be a pain if you live in Hamilton or something. I also require someone presentable.....please no 16 year old candy kids :p
Yes, you will be supplied with all materials to help sell the product (ECLER mixers, cases, software etc...), in case you were wondering. And I strongly encourage you to use our products in the real world...at parties, DJ gigs, etc...
Pay will be strictly comission based, so the more you sell, the more you earn. I advise that this is a good part time job, so if you are a student, or if you have an evening job this sales position will compliment your lifestyle. It will require many hours, so I need someone who is serious.

Hahah, I'm currently courting a few places for co-op jobs of this nature for the summer. Unfortunately I currently have little experience with this. However, Dennis Hahn here on TOTA currently does sales stuff, if I remember correctly. Hey may be interested in this as he himself is a DJ.

| well, that all depends on how good of a salesman you are. It is the nature of sales....customers will say no, thats for sure. You just gotta be patient and persistent, and not easily discouraged. ;) |
