Paranoid about eating fast food even though.....

Here is my pointless situation that I have decided to share with you guy's...

I have been going to my local city 24 hour fitness GYM for the past 2 years. I always goto the gym 4 times a week and do weight training. Two of the 4 day's I run after the workout and burn about 200-220+ calories....

Yet for some reason, when it comes down to eating fast food once or twice a week,(ie. spicy chicken, jack in the box 99 cent menu) I feel soooo UNhealthy, and I feel as if its going to lead to problems later on.

Am I just paranoid as hell, or will eating random fast food 1-2 times a week have an effect for a person weight training 4 times a week at the gym, and running 2 of those times..

Sometime i feel really hungry after a workout and sometimes eat some unhealthy fast food.

Dont eat so much fast food and if you choose to, find a more healthy food choice like subway or a deli sandwich.

Eating fast food once a week is alright, dont worry about it, just make sure that you dont get 5 burgers or something too much each time u go ;)

Fast food isn't bad IMO once in awhile (like many a few times a month). Anymore than that and I think it'll start to have a negative effect on you. If you're going to get fast food, get chicken rather than a burger.

I doubt it will cause any problems for you in the future, considering the amount of exercise you get. Still, if it makes you feel bad, go somewhere like Subway that isn't loaded with fat and grease and other bad . Better yet: don't be a corporate whore and avoid it totally. :p

if you eat fast food it's more likely you will die 20 years younger than if you ate home cooked meals.

even if you ate one big mac in your whole life.

chances are you just saved 5$ cuz it was 99$ special yet lost 20 years of your life.

Fast food is perfectly good for you as long as you use all those calories. It's good for your metabolism. Just don't eat it right before you go to bed.
