Sasha & Digweed @ Crobar 4/1 review

It was awesome, 7hr set! THE KILLERS-MR BRIGHTSIDE made the night complete!
I've been wanting to see them together for some time now, and they did not let me down. I think Digweed was better than Sasha last night. Did Sasha ever played a record? I think Digweed played a few vinyls. Sasha at times sounded repetitive and flat. This happens when you mix live and loop things for the n-th time. They started off motionless but got into it with the crowd at the end. I still like how The Dutch DJ's get the crowd into it and play with the crowd. These two are too serious. |

if you listened to the first half of the night, sasha thoroughly outplayed digweed... later on digweed definitely brought out some dark tunes... both of them did really. i left satisifed. great flow throughout the night. can't name tracks but oh well. :crazy: :crazy:
crobar NEEDS to fix their sound. even with earplugs my ears were ringing when i left |
