i had so much fun last night, i havent danced like that for a loooooonnnnnnggg time!! I got in around 12:20(i forgot the name of the track dan was playing at that time) BUT!!!.... the second i stepped into the main room i could feel the power and vibe that dan was giving off...it was great to see how much intensity there was last night....just from the last 45 min of dans set, i was i already happy and knew that the night was only going to get better!
Armin played for 4 hours? and his set was just extraordinary! I cant believe he played Binary Finary(remixed verison)!! omg wow...that song just sent the crowd into a frenzy! its cool to see a dj that actually spends a good half hour signing everybodys , talking to people, taking personal pictures, dancing and interacting with the crowd like he did, even singing the lyrics to the songs....wow, thats a true dj. ARMIN DESERVES TO BE NUMBER ONE IN THE WORLD! thats all I got to say right now...pissed off about the hour ahead cuz now i gotta go to work early!ahhhh!phuck!
oh yeah, the only thing thats really ed up about fur is the after party in the mink room, it sucks that they have NOO interaction with the GLOW BOARD! at all! we are the true partiers that have been dedicated and coming to glow almost every weekend for the past what? 2-3 years?some of us 5 years or more?and what? no special attention or nothing. o well, nothing to get that upset about. cant complain about the extra sleep. it was well worth it....
It was great seeing all of my friends there!! you know who you are! too many to name....jannete=you didnt look to well, i heard you ended up leaving the club and sleeping in koons car? you were totally wasted! take it easy girl! |

They have no ing clue man....LOL. WOW!!! Dan ING Sampson put down one of the best opening sets ive ever heard in my life!!! Sick tribal house with a nice twist of prog/trance....hes so amazing. Truthfully I thought Armin was going to come on and put my ass right to sleep but I was wrong. Armin deff brought the energy and pounded it out all night. Im really suprized he went untill 5:30 being that the clocks moved ahead....I thought we were getting screwed an hour of partying lol. I don't know what was more crazy.....the party @ Fur or the after party @ the Topaz Hotel.:crazy: :crazy: :crazy: I would have to say the best part of the night is when Armin dropped 'Say Hello' and next thing you know Deep Dish is chillin in the booth. Was also nice to hear Armin encore with Yahel feat. A-Force - Behind Silence/Liquid Love. He also played Marcos - Just for a Day (track gets me everytime) |

Yea it was a good night indeed...
there was one track in particular that i'm dying to id, Armin dropped it somewhere in between Otten - So Serene and Yahel feat A. Force - Behind Silence..... it had these broken vocals that kept repeating over and over...kinda tribal, great build up tho. Haha, of course the track of the night for me was the one i can't name;)

AJ...wouldn't have been the same without you, bro. You're more than welcome to party with us anytime. Well, I knew I was gonna have a lot of fun this weekend but I had no idea it was gonna be that great. After a mind-bending pre-party, Joey, Brian, and I got to the club around 11-11:15 and got right in (thanks Jimmy.) After a few mins upstairs, we went down and Dan was ripping it as always. I'd like to see him headline some night and spin a 4-hour set. Just seeing him alone is worth the drive from Pittsburgh. Armin came on at 1 (as scheduled) and blew everyone away. His track selection was pure energy and the only time I stopped dancing was to go to the restroom. The crowd and atmosphere at Glow was amazing. Not too crowded and everyone was having a good time. Armin wrapped it up around 5:30 after some sick encores and we gathered ourselves for an always confusing early morning drive back to the hotel. The rest is history and unless you were there you couldn't possibly imagine the insanity.
Brian...I'm gonna miss hitting the road with you, bro. It should be illegal (and I'm pretty sure it is) to have as much fun as we have.
Joey...way to come through with the "veggies." It was good getting crazy with you again. Can't wait for PvD.
Jen, Kim, Janele, Regina...you girls are rockstars. I've never had more fun with a group of people. I'm so glad we met and I'm looking forward to many crazy times in the future.
Jonathan and Amanda, Jose, Big Jim, Mario, Jenette, and all the other Glow regulars...it was good seeing you all again. Thanks for making it a great night.
