If you're getting professional voice actors and you don't have your own studio and don't do all the editing, it will get pretty expensive.
Of course you can get cheap ones, but I was thinking more along the lines of the original GTA, etc. |

Don't get your hopes up. It will never happen. There have been several plans within GTA communities by professionals to make completely new versions of the game complete with new maps and vehicles but they've all fallen through. There is no way that just one 18 year old kid has the ability to make a completely new city that's twice the size of San Andreas which I think is impossible in itself as nobody but Rockstar knows of any ways to enhance the size of the map.
Do a google search for "Grand Theft Auto Ibiza" and all you'll find is this lame ass thread. Please take it all with a pinch of salt. |

It would come out for the PC. The modding tools he's using are PC-based. Plus isnt this a mod to Vice City? You cant mod the PS2 or Xbox version of Vice City the way he wants to. |
