PS NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET IS FAKE THOUGH :eyespop:

This is my 1st time run-in with Michael Dowse so I am sorry for not knowing what he is all about. When I came back home I actually tried to find something by "Frankie Wilde" and wasnt able to so that alone supports the notion that he did not exist. However there are some "deaf dj's" (literally) out there so the idea is not a complete fiction. Just surf the net.

At the Q&A with the director, someone asked him something along the lines of are there other deaf djs out there, and he answered with "it is impossible for a dj to be deaf"
So once again was the director answering questions with his mocumentary in mind, or was he serious?

Got nothing to do with haunted houses or your beleif in them. The story is based on something unexplained. Thats just human nature to explain something unexplainable with something that the mind can grab on. That's all. Anyway stop being such a cynic you live longer.

Also remembered something from the Q&A:

someone asked the lead actor, "are you a dj?"

he responded (jokingly), "no, I am more ambitious than that"

...i was like "wtf does that mean"

Why is it an impossibility? In a book "Last Night A Dj Saved My Life" one of the old timers actually described how he mixed two tracks together by looking (!!!!!) at the grooves on the record. With the visual representation of music that is currently available why is it an impossibility? And bass you do not need to hear...you feel the vibrations (accurately represented in the movie) so I say it is possible.

...AND ultimately there was Beethoven once. Why can't there be a deaf dj?

PS Hold on Highmay will say now that people that beleive in Beethoven are morons...LOL:crazy:

ill also live longer when i have have kids, find a wife, and stay socially active when im 90...i could be cynical if i want...but to keep you entertained, Pirates of the Carribean could be based on actual events too...sailors always told stories of unexplained ships that passed by...so that ride in disneyworld is actually a re-enactment, the movie exaggerated the story just a bit...

Life is too short to hold a grudge for something that MIGHT have happened (which I personally dont even remember) in a place that is closed & on the night that was not that great. Now if you have a problem with ME AT THIS PARTICULAR TIME PLEASE DO TELL ME AND DONT WASTE FORUM SPACE FOR SOMETHING THAT SEEMS ONLY CONCERNING YOU.
