yeah, so im hammered. it dont mean idont know goood music when i hear it. but seriously....im ing sick of going out in this city of heads that seem obsessed with house.
melody is what distinguishes music from noise. i spend a fortune on ing piss just so i can end up at an ok club that plays awful tunes.
i dont give a who disagrees. HOUSE IS ING .

so, so true. its easy to get put off going out entirely when you live in a place where your nights are hit and miss as far as whether you'll be able to get into a place that plays the music that you like. i lived just outside a hobart-sized city for four long years... two or three crap-handbag-house-all-night-by-accident weekends in a row and its back to the mp3s and takeaway chinese. :(
there many decent trance events down there? |

lol @ tachyon & soups. but not at paulie coz that really was lacking any creativity buddy. feel free to help me see the grey if you like. but house will always ing suck.
nyquist- the trance down here is unpredictable and scarce. it can be really really good, but those nights are few and far between. whereas house gets a run every week :(

damn i hate it when people accuse you of being close-minded just coz you dont like something they do. itd be like me telling ya to go catch a backstreet boys concert, otherwise youre narrow minded :rolleyes:
its not that i hate house any more than any other non-trance genre. im just tired of going out and never getting to hear any tunes i like, and im sensitive to music and kinda puts a dampener on the evening for me. and well, last night it got the better of me :p |
