So, how about them vids! :tongue3

ill poor the cold water....very blah except for a few tunes and best part of nite was the encore when he played older stuff...The newer stuff for the most part was nothing to get excited about...

Tiesto was much better few weeks back...

Thought it was a typically great great set by Paul, but 2 absolute classics right at the end before the encore topped it for me:

System F - Out The Blue (DJ Commie Mix)
&
Sasha & Maria - Be As One

So delighted! :D

Gerry Cueto - Messages (this is tune is soooooo nice! Caryn was dancing like a maniac to this! It was played at the end of the night and we were all pretty beat, but damn did this song pump the whole crew up. Go get it and turn it up!)

Thanks :)

hey guys how can you forget when he dropped
Avenue and then Vega right after it, he had the place banging at that moment.

Wow!...I'm glad Paul decided to set aside in TPOD 2 promoting and play some banging classics that were signatures to Paul's sets of 2000....a case in point was when he freakin dropped:
Resistance D - You Were There (Thomas P Heckmann Remix)!!!!!!

I literally couldnt feel the floor while dancing...!

Other tracks to highlight were:

Paul van Dyk - Animacion, Avenue, Vega, Out of the Blue!

great night....much better set than Space at WMC.;) ;)

Set was awesome. Probably the best PvD set in the States since the last one at the old Space during the WMC (was that 2001?) or last year's Summer Stage. Easily one of the top 3 sets I've ever seen from him. Relatively cheeze free, hard, driving stuff. Of course if we didn't have two tables keeping us from being mashed up amongst a gazillion people on the floor, maybe I wouldn't have had such a great time. I guess it's easier to enjoy a PvD set if there was room to dance. Personally, I did more listening than dancing due to the crowdedness on the floor and the relatively little dancing room at the tables/booths. I thought PvD spun a well balanced set, incorporating a bunch of different tempos and not spinning too many breaks, which I personally don't care for much. The end of his set was particularly good. Had a blast hanging with my fellow TA's and Groovanauts! Afterparty at birtday girl Bree's was lots of wacky fun.

Here are some more pics (the first bunch are a repost of Brian's): clickity-click

That was a really amazing set -- awesome being able to enjoy it with my fellow Pvd-addicts, Caryn and Co., Umer and Michelle. :) I'm glad I got to hear my current tune of the moment, Simon & Shaker - Make It! Its so nice to see PvD in a decent club in New York again. Havent done that since Twilo! Crobar was great and hearing ANIMATION was just icing on the cake :clown: Lee, we missed you!

wow, and Buenaventura live is :eyes:

That wave of air that would come swirling through the crowd when the nitrogen was released was AMAAAAAAAAAAAZING. My legs are hurting really bad though. Got in at 10:30 and left at 6am. Any break I took from dancing wasnt longer then at most 2 minutes. :p PvD rocks it. He is... The Man. :D
