this is making me so sick.. im pissed..im tired of crap like this.. april 23rd rank1, markus shultz.. and others are gonna be at spundae.. TWENTY ONE AND OVER... then later.. M.I.K.E. will be there too... i am so sick of not being able to go have a good time and see some of my fav djs spin just cuz im not twenty one.. it would of been so awesome to go see rank1 on my 18th birthday.. but no.. cuz there is alchohol or for some stupid reason that gets ruined.. i just wanna hear back from all those other 21- ppl that are getting left out of the LA scene.. and just what others here have to say bout this.
ps.. im sick of raves too.. theyre a joke.

Ummm.... Circus is not the only EDM club that "enforces" the 21 and over rule in La. After the Raid a few years ago Circus has become tougher and need to watch what they do since the city is watching the venue like a hawlk.
Dude getting a licience to sale alcholol is Expinceve and no club wants to losse it. If they do b/c they let some 21- person in that club is done.
One day Avalon is going to get busted to and watch... they will be hard asses on Id's too, and use metal dectors as well.
It sounds like you are jadded since you are not 21 yet... Don't blame Circus for anything, that is just plan stooooppppid! |

yeah i really am sick of seeing the endless "damn club x posts"
clubs dont make any money of the youngins unless they charge hella high ticket prices to cover their loss of bar revenues. And then we get bitching about hight ticket prices.
Face it, la is a 21+ town for big clubs for the majority, just deal with it.
They cover their asses by being hard abuot ids as they should and must, simple fact. |

The laws in Cali are strict as helll...
If a cop wonders a club, asks for your ID and you cannot produce one or are caught with a fake one, not only are you in trouble, but the venue is in HUGE trouble and the person responsible for the door is charged a $1,000 personal fine, minimum. If they end up catching ten people, that's $1,000 personal fine per person.
If there's no set doorman, then everyone associated with the door can be fined.

ahh stop sniveling like a litte beotch. You act as if you're the only one that isn't 21 yet and no one else had to wait for their 21st birthday.
Kids like you shouldn't be allowed in clubs anyway. Most kids your age are irresponsible, careless, show-offs and don't even know how to wash their own underoos yet but feel so grown up. :whip:
No one is stopping you of having a good time... you're the one that can control that. |

first.. i asked for ur opinions and thoughts on the matter not putdowns.. so stop calling me ing stooooopid and a biotch..
now.. i am sorry for only targeting spundae in the subject of this thread and making it seem that i am just bashing some club(this wasnt the point of it).. i am aware that circus is not the only place that enforces this rule.. one of the reasons i made this post is because its almost every place.. it was just an example i used so dont get butthurt bout it..
i just didnt feel like whether u can drink alchohol or not should determine whether u get to dance to an awesome live mix or not.. i want to be able to do something besides going and seeing some lameass spin stupid drum n' bass or whatever they try to pass off as music while exed out 16yos give each other lightjobs.. i just wanted to state my opinion and see what others were.. so those who could only tell me to stop sniveling and didnt give me any sort of reasonable response... act like ur mature and give me an answer that reflects it or just shutup and dont waste my time making me read what u think about ME.. |

Ok.... Then why did you single Circus out then... hummm if YOU knew that there was more then ONE club that enforces the 21 and over rule??
I am sorry but it is called the law... That is the way it is. Sorry dude.
You gave us your oppion and we gave you are's. If you where not ready for what we where going to say about you or the topic ie get butt hurt about it.. then well... Maybe one should have choosen better words and though about it a little bit more.

that is the plain and simple fact of it.
big djs cost big money.
Your being left out so to speak based on simple economics alone.
Trance Club heaven will be 18+ when it comes back so youve got that to look forward too.
Other than that, most of the bigger talent clubs will be 21+ forever, cause at the end of the day they are running a business that needs to make money. |
