im actually quite appauled that people in this day and age can be against Gay Marriages. Sure the pope is, because he is 80+, but seriously.. I cannot understand how anyone under teh age of 25-30 who isnt harbouring some gay undertones themselves, can be against this type of thing.
Ravaar.. Arent two gay people considered just everyday people who are in love in your book? Hasnt the whole sanctity of marriage been disgraced enough by hetrosexual people and by shows such as Desperate Housewives? Im very intruiged to hear your reasons for not believing in gay marriages (something other then just because they're poofs).
If two people are in love, no matter what sexual preference they are, they would be doing the act of restoring the sanctity of marriage a favour...

Guys the church is a Mafia.
They live a life that is so far secluded from the rest of us, that people have become disenchanted with it. Why would i want to donate a church knowing that its going to his superannuation fund. |

Dont get me wrong, i believe in god. I think the church has gone so far away from god, that I no longer believe church has anything to do with god.

The thing is with the catholic church they will never agree on certain issues like gay marriages and the whole aids thing.
Because you cant have a so called leader of a religion who is for gays getting married ect because it will contradict what the bible is supposed to teach us (even though the bible is full of contradictions)
The bible apparently states that being gay is wrong, ive never found it in there, but then again i dont read it. But im aware that contraception is a big no no thats why they dont want people in africa using condoms, but instead sit back and let them die of aids, when there is a bandaid solution to the problem. |
