For those of you who Missed Markus last night. Shame on you! :whip:
Last night was everything I hoped for and then some.:D Markus brought La a massive 2 and half hour set, that was out of this world!! :eyes: He did not let up for one second. So many amazing tracks where thrown down it is hard to remember every single one. But when he played:
With out you near- featuring Departure(OMG), Max Graphm- Gone, No One on Earth and First Time (my new Favorite Track, seriously) I lost it. Anytime I hear these live I just can not help but smile and dance. :D
Last night I was so into the music. Markus transported me in to a musical world last night where it was just me the music and well… ;) Last night will go down in to the history books. I hope Spundae Books Markus again real soon!!!!
Oh… hehe Rank1!!- WOW!! What an fantastic set. The energy started the night off just right :D
A big Thank you goes out to the other “Markus Angles”- Kris and Michelle you Guys are awesome. Thanks for helping me hand out my hearts. That was so hard to do. So many ended up on the Ground since no one knew what to do with them!! LOL Kris thanks for getting the big signs down so they could be held up.
Evan- Thank you so much for holding The “Schulz -4-Resident sign up all night!! I bet your arms are tired!

Last night was picture perfect. The music and the vibe where top notch last night!!
WOW!!! OMG WOW!!!
Every time I have seen Markus now he just blow me away even more! His music and his sound is like no other. He has such enery and crisma behind the decks that you can tell that he loves doing what he does!

OMG, I've been missing out this whole time!! Markus was ing AMAZING!!! He is my favorite "trance" DJ. He doesn't play that cheesy garbage like most other trance dj's. I'm speechless, and don't know what else to say about him, except that he is amazing and gorgeous!!!
I had soooo much fun last night. The vibe was great, unlike Avalon at times. I'm so glad I made it out, because I was so close to just staying home and sleeping, since I was sick.
I left at 3am, so I missed an hour of Markus' set. My body was just hurting so badly! I bet I missed a bunch of great tunes!!! :sadgreen: |

Woo Woo Wooooo what a nite of music
Rank-1 and Markus, they both f'ing great, I love both sets very much. Very happy to see Rank-1 back. Seen We miss him from last year. |

Last night was ing amazing!!! :eyes: MARKUS ING OWNED!!! Everything went just perfect. The crowd was great, it was just the right number of people. It wasn't so packed up that you couldn't dance which was ing great!!! I wasn't feeling the first 4 tracks of his set. I kinda started to get tired and stopped moving, then BAM! I don't know what track it was but it got me moving and I didn't stop for the rest of the night. Evan has the stamina of 10 men!!! He held up that sign all night. Hats off to you mate! DJFADED, you are an animal!!! You would disappear and then reappear and kick my ass for not dancing, I am surprised you didn't die of heat stroke! You danced your ass off and then just layed down on the couch after. Call me up! It was great to meet some TA's, Orbital- You are one crazy fellow coming all the way the big bad AZ. Ferry Corsten in Vegas? Duchess- Man, you command those little asian guys. They were all watching you dance. Michelle- I haven't seen someone smile soo much and so big! Especially when Markus dropped "No one on earth". Neinerlove AKA Kris- You danced your ass off. I don't think I have ever seen you move like that! KittyCrush- It was great to see you again. Thank you sooo much for your comments about my CD. Hmmm, it feels like I am leaving someone out. Moving right along. Rank1 was great but I have a few complaints about his set:
1. Mixing was way too soon and kind of abrupt
2. He kept dropping the energy (he would play 2 amazing tracks then some mellow track and he did this every like 4th or 5th track)
3. Breathing Alternate breaks remix? WTF!!!:whip:
4. No [email protected]?:wtf:
Other than those few items his set was great! White Water-The unknown :eyespop: ING GREAT!!! I just had to know the name of the track so I went to the booth and asked him. BTW can anyone ID the track he played right before Kyau vs Albert - Made of Sun (Kyau Hard dub). That track ing owned but I didn't want to go to the booth and bother him again:p |

| Last night was my first time at Spundae and first time seeing Markus. I was not in anyway disappointed! The music was incredible and it was obvious Markus enjoyed playing it. It certainly boosted my energy level. It's great when the DJ and crowd react to each other so well. Hopefully he comes back again soon cause I'll be there! |

Couldn't have said it better. It was a fantastic night. I think I spoke to a few of you without even knowing it (I briefly talked to the guy holding the MARKUS 4 RESIDENT sign after the venue was clearing out, and I was handed a paper heart during Markus' set.. ;)).
Markus had an encore of 2 songs at the end. The first song was one I hadn't heard before but fell in love with it, followed by First Time. My friend and I were lucky enough to catch Markus after the show briefly and get the track name: Airwave - When Things Go Wrong! I need to find it now that I'm not drunk and see if it is still as good as it was then :P
I noticed he played a big chunk of Armin's ASOT 2005 album during his set. Given that I love that album, I didn't mind one bit.

So many familiar songs. Such a great time. Rank 1 was amazing too.
I also heard BBE - 7 Days And One Week near the beginning of the show (around 10pm maybe?). Who was spinning at that time? Oldschool track I certainly wasn't expecting :P
I hope the random girl I gave my extra ticket to had a good time. :crazy: |

I thought it was a great night! Markus and Rank 1 played great sets.
Like other people have said, it was a pretty good size crowd, not crazy packed like Armin was so you had room to dance and move around.
Nice to meet Kris (officially ;)), Dave T and tk422. (I was the guy with the Coldharbour Recordings t-shirt).
Good seeing Michelle, Michelle and a welcome back to LA Miss Julia coming out even though she wasn't feeling too hot. But it sounds like you had a great time so it was worth it ;) |

Great night.
I didn't like Rank 1 as much as I thought I would. It is just too high a BPM for me to enjoy dancing to for any length of time. Anyone know what BPM he was playing at?
Marcus was just my style, though. :)
