I don't think telus is gonna pick it up any time soon cause it is a GSM phone.

Simple, functional, was free with contract. Couple months left to go, then something nice and new.
IMHO, the new slew of smartphones are overpriced, over-rated, and lacking in optimized functionality. I think I'll just get something simple again. |

| I have the ty ol Motorola V60i...I hate it, but I'm gonna get a new one in December. I'm with Rogers now, and I want to change to Telus, but I've been with them for 5 years now, so it's a bitch to change my phone number! In the States though, you can switch companies and keep your same number, and I was told that they're going to be bringing that over to Canada. So hopefully by the time my contract runs out at Christmas time, I'll be able to switch companies. |

I have some audiovox flip phone. It's small, does what it's suppose to do.
I rarely use my cell, so getting an ubercellphone is not a biggie for me. |

Time for me to get a new one, broke my V300 in 2 pieces..... :rolleyes:
Thinking about either getting the iMate Jam and something smaller, or just settling on the MPX-220

wow, I didnt think anybody had our 1999 vintage phones anymore. Sadly Ill be parting with my trusted pal come fall when my contract is up, because its not so trusted anymore. Not answering calls, cracked battery, its had a tough life but lasted me well. |

I suggest you not to change companies ... Telus has some seriously UGLY phones and new models takes forever to come out. With rogers, you can get any GSM phone, unlock it and your ready to go. |
