Anyone going to this event on May 12th??? It's back to back Sanchez followed by Tall Paul!!! No sleep for me I guess :D LOL!!!
Tix are cheap too only $10 for Sanchez, however there is one downside to that, I will not even mention it cuz everyone knows what it is. I think everyone experienced the same at Ferry couple weeks ago. |

Tix are $10 in advance. $15 at the door. The event was just confirmed a few days ago, apparently there were some problems but everything is good now. And yes it is a thursday people so book friday off right now!!! Sanchez is going to rock the guv!!! Oh man, and the sun is looking to come out these days finally after all this rain. You know what that means. PARTY TIME PEOPLE!!!

roger sanchez is da man! he does house the way it should be done. i loved his set last november at ARC (hated the club though). Can't wait to bump to his tunes at the guv, hopefully since its a thursday it won't be a death trap.
any word on other rooms being open like the drink, or orange room (hopefully being non-hiphop) |

Arc was great... it was rough, dark and warehousey. The way clubs used to be.
Arc actually reminded me of the old club vinyl in NYC which later turned into New York's Arc.
I like modern high tech clubs but the old warehousey feel is always a nice alternative as well. I miss those places. |

well to each his own i guess...i like clubs to have a bit of class to them. ie. i love the drink in the guvernment. (especially the seating area, definately the most comfortable ever with pillows all around, and theres always room whenever you're there. definately nice after hours of dancing to take a break.) the new second story in the docks looks amazing, you can't get anymore picutre pefect then a glass room over the toronto skyline, especially watching the sunrise come up around 6-7am. (at reconnected)
b4 19+ warehouse type clubs was all i was used to, but now that i'm 22 i can't go back, i love the nice decor in a nice club. i didn't mind arc, but not the place i'd want to return there, roger sanchez was the only reason i went there in the first place. |
