I havent heard a techno song for a while. All of the songs which are presented as techno, have at least some elements of trance. Is the techno dead?

"and let's go, nobody listens to techno"

hehe, when Danny Howells and Deep Dish used that sample, I died laughing. Irony at it's finest, man.

My girlfriend's brother's got a seeding machine (they live in a farm) and, I swear, the best techno I've ever heard came from that thing. Music made by machines and with no pretention of even being music. It's just a machine doing its work (and happens to do it in a fixed rhythm). That's the real techno.
