Im struggling transfering photos, can anyone talk me through what to do to figure out what im doing wrong? Cheers.
igottaknow
you probably just need to install the software on the cd that came with the dock or camera so the computer can communicate with it.

Cheers but thats all sorted, i know they're connected to each other as ive just done it but it was pure fluke and fannying around, and now i cant do it again, rather annoying.

should automatically launch importing program. make sure your camera is turned on and there are pictures on the card. good luck "fannying the fluke" what ever that means?

I get the "reciving device contents" thing come up then it just disapears.

How many programs are you running?

And yeah, what's fannying around?

hmmm... i can't imagine what the problem is b/c i have this and it is surprising simple to use... make sure everything is plugged in and press the button on the dock and the transfer should begin automatically

Maybe the contents are transferred fast as lightning? Perhaps the transfer occured without you knowing about it? Check directory.
