| Im struggling transfering photos, can anyone talk me through what to do to figure out what im doing wrong? Cheers. |

| you probably just need to install the software on the cd that came with the dock or camera so the computer can communicate with it. |

| Cheers but thats all sorted, i know they're connected to each other as ive just done it but it was pure fluke and fannying around, and now i cant do it again, rather annoying. |

| should automatically launch importing program. make sure your camera is turned on and there are pictures on the card. good luck "fannying the fluke" what ever that means? |

| I get the "reciving device contents" thing come up then it just disapears. |

| hmmm... i can't imagine what the problem is b/c i have this and it is surprising simple to use... make sure everything is plugged in and press the button on the dock and the transfer should begin automatically |

Maybe the contents are transferred fast as lightning? Perhaps the transfer occured without you knowing about it? Check directory. |
