No it isn't true. Just because you don't produce doesn't mean you can't have a critical opinion on someone's music. Otherwise you wouldn't be able to say you liked anyone's music either. People only drag that pathetic argument up when someone's badmouthing an artist they personally like.

:haha:

You said 'critical' opinion. 'What a track' isn't really a critical opinion though is it? :D

And the track isn't that good fair enough but I have only been producing for under a year, so maybe keep the comments relative to that would be fair?
Also sorry System J, giving your opinion is fine, but being a c*nt about it is a bit different.

:D

And anyway, he loves the song really - he told me in a pm.

yep, either that or on how many drinks he had before :p

I dunno, but as said before the mixing is lacking a bit on the CD but trackselection is great :)

hm, I see now I have to make som changes in my post earlier on. I found some good songs on asot 05, maybe I wasnt listening good enough (but some of the tracks are quite boring)

Holy , I can't believe I just read this! I couldn't even get past the 3rd page without responding to this!

WHO THE CARES? Honestly, he plays the same all the time, for one reason! Because he plays different gigs, all over the world, every ing weekend of his life!

So he plays the same all the time, do you think that 5000 people in Toronto, went to the same gig the week before in Miami, where he played an amazing set? NO! He plays the same all the time because it's gets people movin on the dancefloor, and feelin his vibe, and that's why he's voted the #1 Dj in the world! Because he can provide that same feeling night after ngiht!

So what if you're "reading" his tracklists from all his sets, I bet you if you went to each seperate party, you'd feel exactly the same after each one... Magnificent!

I have not heard either cd yet, but this was just too rediculous for me not to just stand by and read

How can a feeling be fake? I mean, even if everyone was necking E at the gigs it's still a feeling.

Because some people still think they can force their opinions onto others, and ideally change they're mind. Music is subjective, yet some people think that only they can be "right".
