This isnt about the docks or boa. Its about how the media and the politicians are already starting to target clublife as their latest pet project to make people think they are doing something for public safety. I believe the last creme de jour was pitbull banning.
Without unity and solidarity from ALL people in the scene then we will get nowhere. I know it sounds hippyish but its true. |

Hand a flyer out addressing the issue with action items as patrons leave the venue.
Sign patrons up for email lists to get notified of developments/etc when they enter the venue.

Hah! Great thinking RJ. Like a true business man ;) I had a lot of similar idea's. I think a lot of clubbers would actually give this some attention. |

So we have one person willing to help with the site.
Anyone else?
And the reason for the site will be a focus point for literature and advertising such as what was mentioned before. Also it would be a place where people could go to find out how they can take action themselves whether it be through letter writing or demonstrations. |

My company would be willing to participate at a reduced rate in developing a dynamic website that would serve as such a focal point.

definately put news updates if there's anything going on with the scene politically. |
